Issue of Activity Licences

Documents to be submitted to the Estonian MA for obtaining activity licences for maritime transport service and ships’ agency services:

1)      application

2)      a statement from the Estonian Tax and Customs Board local office certifying the absence of tax arrears

3)      a document certifying payment of the state fee

4)      copies of the documents certifying the qualifications of the employees of the undertaking (diplomas, certificates, etc)

The MA shall grant an activity licence to an applicant or make a decision to refuse to issue an activity licence within 14 working days as of submission of required documents.
